Pool party

Sunshine disco and Balearic loveliness by the largest pool in southern Italy. New to Detour? This is a chance to immerse yourself in our inimitable good vibes, make friends and feel the love.

Presented by Everybody Loves to Boogie – known for their hit YouTube series and London residencies – with DJs Delonte Rivers and special guests.

Drinks, snacks and lunches available at the poolside bars and restaurant.

Feast
7pm

Take a seat in the cobblestone courtyard in front of the ancient Masseria to share in Italian classics: pizzas, burrata, arancini, orecchiette pasta and tajeda (a Salento dish of mussels with rice). The finest carbohydrates on the planet, plus delicious salads and desserts. €59 per person. Space for everyone. Ticket holders can book online as an add-on from early August.

Pagoda party
9pm-2am

The disco proper opens with a euphoric night beneath the spinning mirror balls of the poolside pagoda. Think glorious disco highs at the end of the long hot Italian summer, with DJs Optimus Funk and Tina Edwards. Dress code: ‘Disco Paradiso’ (bold prints; floaty fabrics; open shirts; short shorts). Late night snacks available at the bar.

Saturday

Yoga
9am

Limber up for the day (and night) ahead as part of a group session in the venue grounds. €20 per person. Book on arrival at the venue. Massages also available.

Lecce tour
11am & 2pm

Two chances to explore the beautiful neighbour city of Lecce as part of a tour organised and run by InfoTab. Led by an experienced Guida Turistica, the tour last two hours and covers the architectural highs of its Messapian, Roman and Jewish history. Each tour is for up to 25 people. Free for ticket holders. Reserve your spot online from early August.

Cooking class
11am & 2pm

Two opportunities to learn to make local pasta like a true nonna at a traditional cooking class held in the grounds of the masseria. €25 per person. Ticket holders can reserve their spot online from early August.

Margheritas & Margaritas
7-9pm

We’re combining two of our favourite things – pizza and cocktails – for our spin on aperitivo in the poolside courtyard. Even better, it’s all free!

Our food partner, Crosta Mollica, will be bringing their pizza van – and anyone with a Detour ticket can get a slice of the action. Crosta Mollica pizzas are made in Italy, using premium ingredients like proper Parmigiano Reggiano, and are cooked on Sicilian lava stone from Mount Etna. They’re also a certified B Corp.

We’ve also connected with Cazcabel, the world’s leading independent family estate tequila brand, to bring you some delicious free margaritas. Cazcabel maintains full control from field to glass, using only their own 100% Blue Weber agave, produced at their dedicated distillery in the Jalisco highlands of Mexico.

The restaurant will also be open for drinks and dining.

Masseria party
9pm-late

La Dolce Notte – the sweetest night begins within the ancient arches of the Masseria, with a retractable roof making half the venue open-air. Grounded in history but staring at the stars, dancers will be taken on a cosmic journey of disco discovery, with performances from Okee Ru, Daisybelle, Whodamanny and D’Vey. Dress code: “Glitterazzi” (glitter and glamour; sequins and sunglasses; flash moves and flash bulbs).

Sunday

Secret DJ set
2-4pm

If you can find it, you can dance. Somewhere around the masseria one of our DJs will be playing an extra-special set. Look for clues, follow your ears and take a mini-Detour.

Pagoda afternoon sessions
4-8pm

Relax, order some food and drink and enjoy live beats from Cafè Sicilia and a day-to-night DJ set from Joss (Talking Drums).

BBQ
7pm

A walk-up BBQ at the masseria to finish the weekend in all-you-can-eat style. Price TBC, pay at the time.

Disco karaoke and DJs
8pm until late

For the first time ever at Detour… disco karaoke! Hosted by the wonderful Sorelle Guccino (Guccino Sisters), with all the opportunity you need to belt out your favourite disco classics. Held in the pagoda, followed a farewell DJ set from Detour’s main man, Jonny Ensall.
