Whodamanny
Whodamanny is a DJ, producer, and party-starter from Naples. Part of the Periodica Records collective, he’s spent years unearthing and reinventing the sounds of his city – mixing deep, percussive grooves with moments of raw, unfiltered joy. Whether he’s playing solo or as part of the celebrated Mystic Jungle project, he brings a playful, hypnotic energy. Expect Italo rarities, unexpected turns, and a sound that feels both sun-drenched and built for late nights.

Daisybelle
Returning to Detour Discotheque after her legendary set on the Isle of Coll, Daisybelle brings together the warmth of her Puerto Rican roots with the energy of London’s underground scene. A master of blending disco, house, and Latin grooves, her sets are full of rhythm and personality – designed for those who love to dance as much as she does.

Tina Edwards
A global authority on jazz and a lover of big party tunes, Tina Edwards is that rare combo – a musical connoisseur who also knows how to have fun. If you’ve caught one of her DJ sets, or her Soho Radio show before, you’ll know the score – expect wonderful songs you’ve never heard before, and some of your all-time favourite dance floor tracks in a wonderfully bubbly mix.

Optimus Funk
A master of movement and rhythm, Optimus Funk blends funk, disco, house, hip-hop, and jazz fusion into sets that are kinetic, soulful, and impossible to stand still to. A former street dancer turned DJ, he's ignited dance floors from London’s Soho House to Nile Rodgers’ Meltdown Festival and beyond. Whether on vinyl at TT or streaming eight-hour live sessions, Optimus brings the heat with every groove.

Joss (Talking Drums)
Also returning to Detour Discotheque is Joss from UK-based label and disco DJ collective Talking Drums. With over two decades of combined experience behind record shop counters and countless hours spent digging through vinyl crates, this group has honed their craft to deliver dynamic and genre-blending sets. His sets are a kaleidoscopic journey through the fringes of disco, cosmic, Balearic, and beyond.

Delonte Rivers (Everybody Loves to Boogie)
Delonte Rivers is quietly becoming a Detour Discotheque legend, having played some of the most unique and entertaining sets at our last two events. The London-based digger is returning for a third, and bringing all the one-of-a-kind records that make his DJ channel and club night concept Everybody Loves to Boogie such a smash hit. Expect everything from rare Latin rhythms to euphoric disco belters.

Sorelle Guccino
Gorgeous twin sisters who offer something extra on stage – this perfect pair will lead our disco karaoke extravaganza. Offering “sugar, cinnamon, pepper, 12cm heels and wigs”, these local Italian legends promise to make everyone in attendance feel like queens of the night!

Jonny Ensall
The founder of Detour Discotheque, Jonny is a journalist and DJ (former music and clubs editor of Time Out) with a longstanding reputation for playing absolute stone cold dance floor heaters at venues all around the world. Passionate about music and good parties, he’s a towering (read: tall) figure in the global disco scene.

Pool party
2pm-7pm
Sunshine disco and Balearic loveliness by the largest pool in southern Italy. New to Detour? This is a chance to immerse yourself in our inimitable good vibes, make friends and feel the love.
Feast
7pm
Take a seat in the cobblestone courtyard in front of the ancient Masseria to share in Italian classics: pizzas, burrata, arancini, orecchiette pasta and tajeda (a Salento dish of mussels with rice). The finest carbohydrates on the planet, plus delicious salads and seafood. Bookable as an add-on.
Pagoda party
9pm-2am
The disco proper opens with a euphoric night beneath the spinning mirror balls of the poolside pagoda. Think glorious disco highs at the end of the long hot Italian summer. Dress code: ‘Disco Paradiso’ (bold prints; floaty fabrics; open shirts; short shorts).
Saturday
Day trips & activities
10am-7pm
A chance to explore the baroque architecture and eating and drinking highlights of Lecce nearby. You can even join our free guided walking tour of the city. Otherwise take a trip to the coast and spend the day on a perfect Ionian beach. Otranto and Gallpolli are also within easy reach – venue staff will help arrange your travel. Or, stay within the Masseria complex for activities including yoga, massages and fresh pasta-making classes. A full list of day trip suggestions will be included in the official Event Guide.
Aperitivo hour
7pm
Cometh the hour, cometh the spritz. The perfect warm up to Detour Discotheque’s climatic night is a free aperitivo ahead of dinner at the Masseria – a walk up BBQ buffet of grilled meats and fresh salads. BBQ bookable as an add-on.
Masseria party
9pm till late
La Dolce Notte – the sweetest night begins within the ancient arches of the Masseria, with a retractable roof making half the venue open-air. Grounded in history but staring at the stars, dancers will be taken on a cosmic journey of disco discovery, with performances from Talking Drums, Daisybelle and Whodamanny (see line-up details). Dress code: “Glitterazzi” (glitter and glamour; sequins and sunglasses; flash moves and flash bulbs).

Disco karaoke
8pm until late
For the first time ever at Detour… disco karaoke! Hosted by the wonderful Sorelle Guccino (Guccino Sisters), with all the opportunity you need to belt out your favourite disco classics. Held in the pagoda, there’ll be singing and dancing till final goodbyes in the early hours.
