Where pizza meets disco
In 2025, Crosta Mollica and Detour Discotheque came together in Puglia for an unforgettable weekend in a 16th-century Masseria. With the help of their roving pizza van, Crosta Mollica kept dancers from around the world fuelled with their Collezione Romana pizza range.
In 2026, the partnership continues. Detour Discotheque returns to Italy, this time popping up in the iconic city of Matera, Basilicata, from 11–13 September. Expect secret terraces, subterranean dancefloors, delicious pizza and epic vistas in a UNESCO World Heritage site.

Named after the city of Bolzano, this pizza draws on hearty Alpine flavours, with rich salsiccia sausage, balsamic red onions and fragrant rosemary.
BOSCO DI ALBA PIZZA

A tribute to Piedmont’s truffles, this roman-style pizza pairs summer truffles with grilled mushrooms and a velvety roasted garlic crema for a deeply earthy profile.
