Detour Discotheque – Somerset House (25 July 2026)

Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a ticket and attending this event, you agree to the following terms:

1. The Event

The event takes place on Saturday 25 July 2026 at Setlist restaurant and bar, Somerset House, including its indoor space and associated terrace areas.

Access is strictly limited to the Setlist venue and its designated outdoor areas. The event does not extend to the wider Somerset House site.

2. Your Ticket

Your ticket includes:

Entry to the event at Setlist from the advertised start time

Access to indoor and outdoor terrace spaces (weather permitting)

Food and drinks are not included in the ticket price and must be purchased separately.

3. Outdoor Areas and Weather

Use of the terrace areas is subject to weather and venue conditions.

In the event of rain or other adverse conditions, access to outdoor spaces may be restricted or unavailable. This does not entitle ticket holders to a refund.

4. Timings and Changes

Event timings, including start and end times, are subject to change.

Detour Discotheque reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event, including line-up, schedule and format, where necessary. Artists and line-up are subject to change.

5. Tickets, Refunds and Resale

All tickets are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, tickets may be resold via Tixel, the official resale partner.

Name changes may be permitted at the discretion of the organiser. Please contact hello@detourdisco.com for requests.

6. Entry and Security

This is an 18+ event. Valid photo ID may be required for entry.

Entry is subject to venue capacity and licensing requirements. Entry may be refused to anyone who appears intoxicated.

Re-entry is not guaranteed and is at the discretion of the venue.

Security searches may be carried out as a condition of entry. Illegal substances and any items deemed dangerous or disruptive are strictly prohibited and may be confiscated.

The venue reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person behaving in a way that may pose a risk to others or disrupt the event.

7. Health and Safety

This is a standing event with loud music and lighting effects.

By attending, you accept the inherent risks associated with a live music and nightclub environment.

Guests must not climb on walls, ledges or any part of the venue structure not intended for public use.

8. Photography and Filming

Photography and filming will take place at the event.

By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed and to Detour Discotheque using this content for promotional and commercial purposes, in any media, worldwide, in perpetuity. This may include sharing content with event partners and sponsors.

Professional camera equipment (including cameras with detachable lenses) is not permitted without prior written approval.

9. Liability

Attendance is at your own risk.

The organiser is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the organiser’s liability is limited to the face value of the ticket purchased.

10. Cancellation

In the event that the event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond the organiser’s control, tickets will be refunded at face value. No further compensation will be payable.

11. General

By attending the event, you agree to follow all instructions given by venue staff and event personnel.
